In collaboration with ADDVirtue, a highly reputable design and construction firm in Salt Lake City, Utah, this project is a complete remodel of an existing residence with the addition of a kitchen, dining, and living area. The existing structure was built in the 1990s and we took the opportunity to introduce a modern, Scandinavian style design to the project. This project sits adjacent to a local orchard and has a view to Lone Peak.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2025.
