Founder & CEO
Licensed in Colorado, Utah, and Alabama — with project experience across California and Louisiana — Sidney Aulds brings a rare blend of architectural expertise, development acumen, and cultural perspective to every project.

Before launching the studio, Sidney led development and design at firms across the country, including serving as Director of Architecture at Creature Builds (where he helped deliver over $50M in groundbreaking projects) and Director of Development at Denver-based Residential Ventures.
His approach is rooted in experience — from large-scale urban master plans to simple, soulful remodels — and shaped by a design education that spans Louisiana Tech, the University of Colorado | Denver, and Woodbury University San Diego, where he studied under some of the industry’s most respected architect-developers.
