Tower Road Collective

Tower Road Collective is a 14,447-square-foot commercial development designed as a modern destination for local businesses, visitors, and the surrounding community. The project brings together a curated mix of commercial tenants within a cohesive, pedestrian-friendly environment that supports convenience, visibility, and long-term growth.

The architectural approach combines a contemporary visual identity with durable, high-quality materials suited for an active commercial setting. Building orientation, tenant frontage, circulation, landscaping, and outdoor gathering areas were carefully coordinated to create a site that is easy to navigate, welcoming to visitors, and operationally efficient for tenants.

More than a conventional retail center, Tower Road Collective is designed to encourage community interaction and establish a strong sense of place. Flexible commercial spaces and a thoughtfully organized site plan provide a framework that can support evolving tenant needs and future development in the area.

Our team joined the project midway through development and assumed the architectural leadership role. We refined the design vision, coordinated the project team, and guided the project through site development and permitting.

Construction is anticipated to begin in Summer, 2026.
