“Sidney Aulds was referred to my project (full kitchen remodel in high rise building) requiring special IBC requirements for permitting. My specific issue was prior contractors completed much of the remodel without proper permits, putting me in a very uncomfortable situation. Once Sidney was contacted and brought up to date with my situation, he was able to lay out a detailed plan/process that would bring my project up to code and proper permits.
Sidney came to the site and completed a detailed architectural design/plans, even meeting with city personnel to assure his architectural plans were what they wanted/needed to come into compliance that covered all the IBC and city requirements allowing my project to come into complete compliance and the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
